Campground Guidelines

Reservations: A credit card is required to make a reservation. All reservations require a credit card and deposit is charged at the time the reservation is made.

Quiet Time: is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Loud or Offensive noises, rowdyism, or ill-mannered conduct will not be tolerated at any time.

Check-in Time: 12 Noon for tent and RV sites, 3:00pm for Motel, Lodges and cabins.

Check-out Time: 11:00am

Speed Limit is 10 MPH

Occupancy: limited to one RV per RV site and a maximum of 6 people per site. RV’s are not allowed on tent sites. Tent sites maximum 2 tents/6 people per site. Boats and extra vehicles allowed in site if room. 3 total units. Extra charges could apply. Tents are not allowed on Deluxe or Premiere sites.

Sewer: Sponge rings or other suitable connectors are required pror to connecting to sewer system

Gray Water: Must not be spilled or drained on the ground

Recycle Center: Please use the recycle center for all recyclables (paper, plastic, aluminum and cardboard)

Trash and Garbage: Please leave your bagged trash at your site by 10:00am. Guest Services will be around to pick it up from your site. Please do not leave it out at night.

Pets: All pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN BUILDINGS, SWIMMING POOL AREAS OR PLAYGROUND. Pets must be kept under control, quiet, cleaned up after and kept inside at night. No pets may be left outside the RV unattended at any time. Off leash “Bark Park” available for use.

Children: Parents are responsible to supervise their children. All children under the age of 8 must have immediate adult supervision.

Pool: No lifeguard on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Only bathing suits are permitted in the pool. No glass, food or alcohol allowed in the pool area.

Clotheslines: Clotheslines are not permitted.

Repairs: of vehicles and RVs are not permitted in the Resort. We will be happy to recommend local services to meet these needs

Washing of vehicles and RVs: is not permitted Well water is a precious commodity.

Washing of Dishes: is not permitted in our restrooms. Camper Sink is available for use. Camper sink is located by poolside bath house.

Refunds are not available. Camping is an outdoor experience

Motorized Vehicles: may not be operated in the Resort. No private golf carts, ATV’s motorcycles, ect. may be operated within the resort.

Early arrivals: $5 fee will apply to check-ins prior to 12pm.

Late departures: Subject to availability. $10 fee until 3pm after which is another days charge.

No early arrival/Late departures allowed on Motel, Lodge or Cabins.

You are responsible for damage caused by yourself and/or members of your camping party. Violation of the rules is grounds for ejection from Resort without Refund

Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund
